Welcome to the Hamilton Gymnastic Academy

Hamilton Gymnastic Academy has provided high quality gymnastic instruction to thousands of children since its incorporation as a non-profit organization in 1981. HGA offers both Recreational and Competitive gymnastics programs as well as Field Trips, Gymnastic Birthday Parties, day Summer Camps and March Break Camps.

Children work in groups with their coach and rotate through various apparatus in the gym. Activities will include a tumbling hill, Olympic size floor, TumblTrak, trampoline, balance beam, bars, obstacle course, rope climb and more.

We follow a modified CanGym program where children progress through various levels and receive progress reports and certificates at the end of each session.

Our staff are NCCP Certified and dedicated to providing a fun filled, safe learning environment for your child.

HGA is a member club of Gymnastics Ontario, and all gymnasts are registered and insured through GO.
